Valentine's Day was amazing. Luke got me Season 2 of Project Runway on DVD and I bought him a teddy bear from Build a Bear. I took him with me so he could pick out his bear and the such. We also recorded a little message to ourselves that can be heard with the simple squeeze of the bear's left paw. We had an amazing steak dinner at Morton's; The Steakhouse. The steak was so tender that it just melted in your mouth. No need for sauce or anything. And the salad. OH MY GOD THE SALAD! It was so crisp. It was, however, $140, with tip plus Valet Parking. But other than that, amazing! It was a pretty good night.
The next day, I went out and bought Across the Universe. I love that movie way too much. And today, Luke and I decided Frank, our wonderful male betta, needed a bigger home. We originally intended to buy him a 3-gallon tank, but we ended up buying a 10-gallon tank, which we will later add some little fish friends to the tank. We'll be a little more careful about adding fish, considering the result last time we tried to move Frank in with some other fish. I've decided I will actually be posting some pictures here pretty soon. Of both 10-gallon tanks. They each have their own feel to them. One is just a typical fish tank and the other is inspired my Ancient Rome. Frank is in the Ancient Roman tank. And he looks bad-ass. - Beckie
