My laptop is falling apart, again. I'm pretty sure I never mentioned the first time this happened, so here we go. On my laptop, and just about all other laptops, there is a place to "rest" your wrists when you type and so forth. Well, that surface is falling off my laptop in pieces and right under there is my harddrive, everything. So that just won't do. When I took my laptop in, they tried to blame it on me, saying I was abusing the laptop. Whatever. They told me I have been closing the top too hard, but the funny thing is, I have been gently closing my laptop and it's only been about three months since I got this part replaced and it's falling apart again! It's driving me off the wall. I love my Mac, but if I am told I have to pay $200-some-odd dollars to replace the part, I'm going to shove the laptop up their anus. - Beckie
