Today I went skiing. And I am definitely not made for it. I could only make it down the bunny trail, or whatevs, once. And it took me an hour because I kept falling and having problems getting up ^-^. It reminded of that one scene from Bridget Jones's Diary 2. Only I couldn't stay up long enough to even do that. Or stop crying long enough after falling. It hurt my ankles - a lot. I'm just a big wuss. The little five year old kids were better at skiing than me - even if it was their first time. So after that marvelous adventure I sat around for three hours while Luke and his sister went skiing without me. I was bored to tears, but there was so way I would make it down the side of a full mountain.
A couple of times, I thought for sure I was going to die. Just like Bridget. But I didn't think I was pregnant. At all. Thank god! I think, if I try again, I will snowboard since my main problem was I couldn't get back up on my skis after I fell and, according to Luke, it's easier to get up on a board. I also couldn't stop in skis. Yes - I know - make a pizza. But...it's so hard. SO HARD!!! - Beckie
