Quote: "Anarchy - it's not the law, it's just a good idea." - Unknown Reading: Closer/The Burgemeister's Daughter Watching: I haven't gone to The Cosmos in about a week and a half. I've figured: What's the point? I can't understand my teacher. At all. And her lectures are terribly boring and long. And I got an e-mail today from the Theatre IP scheduleing-persony-thingy-guy telling me I have to go to a strike (For those of you who do not know, a strike, in the theatre world, is when you tear down a set and all that good stuff) for Hansel and Gretel on some random Sunday they assigned to me for five hours. I have had no say in this at all. I don't know why I'm suddenly supposed to do a five hour strike in addition to 28 hours in BOTH of my IPs, but whatever. I'm so over being a theatre major. I REFUSE TO GO TO THE STRIKE! I REFUSE TO ACCEPT THAT I GET A MEASLY 2 CREDIT HOURS FOR THIS REQUIRED CLASS! I REFUSE TO STAY IN THE THEATRE PROGRAM AS LONG AS I HAVE MY IP! What if every theatre major (except those majors that ALWAYS get cast...trust me there's only a small amount of them...and they don't have to do IP) just quit because of the ridiculous requirements an IP student has? I think they require too much out of one student. I find myself on multiple occasions just sitting around because there is nothing for me to do at my IP. It's a waste of my time when I could be playing WoW studying. I'm going to organize a strike. And not a "Theatre" strike BUT A REAL STRIKE WITH PICKET LINES AND SIGNS AND REFUSAL AND ANARCHY!!! Well, now that I feel much better, off to my Props IP!

UPDATE @ 4:15 P.M: So I am not paying attention in my class. I have started recording my lectures. For some reason, oddly enough, I am nervous about signing my lease in about 15 minutes. Eek. I have an interesting story to tell you all later about my props IP. Very interesting.
