So sorry for my absence. I have been very busy since returning home from my trip that I haven't been able to really update this!
Pennsylvania was fun, despite the fight Luke and I had. I got to see the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia, see the ocean in New Jersey, and I also got to meet all of Luke's family. They were all pretty nice..his grandma who I previously met on New Years was even quite decent to me, despite her dislike towards me the last time I saw her. I also got to meet Luke's cousins, Barbie and Rachel, who are both generally around our age. They were lots of fun. At one point, Barbie threw a giant bag of popcorn out the window while Luke was driving very fast on a highway. Oh my.
I also saw Iron Man, Prince Caspian, What Happens in Vegas, and the new Indiana Jones flick while I was on vacation. Barbie and Rachel work at movie theatres, so they got us into the first three for free. After spending a week and a half in Pennsylvania, Luke and I went to Cleveland to see my dad for a little less than a week. It was so nice seeing my dad. I really missed him. We saw Indiana Jones while we were there, which we got one ticket for free. I love how cheap we were! Anyway, I got to see all of my family at a get-together for my Grandma's 80th Birthday and by little brother's 18th Birthday.
Anyway, that really sums everything up, in regards to the trip. Since returning Luke and I have been busy looking for jobs. No luck yet, but we're applying to work security/ushering/ticket taking/etc. for concerts and events for a company, which seems promising. The application includes our W-4 and I-90 forms, which I have usually filled out after getting hired, so I am assuming they hire you on the spot. The application was also 17 pages long! So it better be worth it.
Well, I'm off to play WoW or the Sims or maybe clean up around the house. - Beckie
